I have installed the plugin, set up a menu, and I'm getting "No streams Available" instead of a list of streams and their status.

I installed Core Control, it says cURL does not work but PHP Streams and PHP fsockopen() both work fine.

I installed the latest dev version; no change, but I got the following debug info:

    WordPress version: 3.7.1
    PHP version: 5.3.3-7+squeeze15
    HTTP transport: Supported

I saved the menu again and it worked.

My intuition is that the menu had not been saved and thus, despite showing clearly that there were two links when I opened the editor, was not passing links to the widget....

except that the debug info above lists two links, exactly how I expected them.

So maybe there was some weird glitch.

Hi, the problem is because of this:
    Cron stream updater: Off

You have disabled WP Cron and that's why it doesn't work. You can try latest dev from twitchv3 branch where the plugin does not use WP cron any more:

If I use that link you provide instead of saying offline it just says no streams available.

Installing that made it finally notice I'd been offline for over a day, so I'd say that works better :) Thanks so much
