No shipping price given

When I tick flat rate or international shipping, I get the default rate that I entered, and the pricing works fine.

Problem is that 2 items can fit in one envelope (so I don’t want individual shipping prices), but I want to charge more for 3 or more items.

When I un-tick flat rate and tick AWT no shipping prices show at all.
All that comes up for all countries is a message.

“No shipping methods were found; please recalculate your shipping and enter your state/county and zip/postcode to ensure their are no other available methods for your location”

I have ticked weight format lbs. I have added weight to items as 1.3.

I started with 2 country groups. America and the rest of the world. but then created 4 country groups in case that was the problem – but even America which is a country group on its own doesn’t provide a price.

I am not using WooCommerce Multilingual?

Any suggestions?
