Can’t see the live demo on your site, but it definitely sounds like a conflict with another plugin that you are using.
Hi, Thanks for reply, sorry I disabled it on pages as it was not working.
I enabled again to you can see what happens.
I also thought that the problem was with another plugin, but I disabled all of them except this one and that did not resolve the problem. However I changed my Genesis (Epik) theme to Twendy Twelve and the bar behaved like normal, so I thought I must be something related to Genesis…
Nope it’s not genesis because we tried it on that.
http://multiverso.com/seoquake-para-analizar-competencia-en-google/ << Just tried this page and it is working.
Can you tell me which browser // OS you are using if this doesn’t work for you. Because I can see it working.
Hi, Thanks for your quick reply and interest!
I think I have not explained myself clearly 🙂
Yes, it works great on posts, like the one you mention:
http://multiverso.com/seoquake-para-analizar-competencia-en-google/
This is a post and works perfect, like on all other posts on my website
But it does not work (no scroll) on pages:
http://multiverso.com/herramientas-seo-para-posicionar-en-google/
That is a page and does not scroll
I have two computers (Mac & PC) and I’m trying with Firefox, Chrome and Safari in OSX and Firefox, IE and Chrome in Win7
Thanks for your time!
Update the plugin and see if that fixes the issue.
Hi Thomas, thanks for the reply.
No, unfortunately I updated the plugin to 1.0.3 but did not solve the issue.
We identified the bug that if the page doesn’t have comments, then it won’t float. We fixed this in 1.0.6. Please update.
Thanks Syed, the update solved the problem!
