As can be seen in the picture, there's no Save Changes button on my General Settings page. Some fields are also missing and the timezone field doesn't work (no options).
I'm running WP 2.8 on Linux.

Posted 2 years ago #I disabled all plugins and activated one by one. I discovered that the error disappears if I disable WP Security Scan.
I have its lastest version, but it seems to generate this bug.
