    We’ve purchased your product, installed it, and have gone to migrate content but getting no error, simply a blank, white page when going to test the connection or begin the migration.

    This is the last step of our development process, and we expected it to work. Can you please provide a fix ASAP as we’re trying to go live within the next 48 hrs.

    I can give you backend access if you need it.

    And can you give me some details: PHP, MySQL, Joomla and WordPress versions? And a screenshot of your plugin settings, or the backend access?

    Also? You are supporting your commercial plugin in these free forums. That’s not cool as we do not support commercial products here. That needs to stop and please conduct your commercial business elsewhere.

    @jan, I didn’t ask people to post their e-mail address here. I asked to send me emails to my email address. Perhaps I was not clear. Sorry for that.
    And I completely agree with you. The Premium support must not be done in the WordPress forum. That’s why I ask people to send their support requests to the support email address.
