   i moved database from mysql4 to 5 because wordpress needed that update. now the plugin couldn't find any related posts... before everything worked excellent.

   Me too, using mysql5 and RP stops working.
   Any Ideas for this issue ?

   Can you try resetting the plugin options.

   Alternatively, delete the plugin from within WordPress plugins page in your admin area and then re-install it.

   This should delete all settings and the index and recreate it.
