Since upgrading to WordPress 3.9 the Related Articles section says "Sorry, we didn't find any new articles for the text you're writing..." but there are still picture suggestions

    Hey,

I have installed all the plugins except for Advertising Manager and FeedBurner FeedSmith and I couldn't replicate the issue on my side. Would you be so kind and disable these two to see if that changes anything?
Also, have you tried switching to another browser?

    Take care,
    Petra

Disabling those plugins didn't fix it.

The same thing happens in Chrome, IE and Firefox.

When I load a post to edit I'm getting a net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error in the console when it attemps to GET http://api.rtntn.in/track/1fqh3k7s508nrsby/D6XJ1MYEH51G5EM730SE19S1F77DRR - I did a whois on rtntn.in and it says the domain is registered to someone in Ljubljana, so I assume that's you guys. Could this be the problem?

Unfortunately I am going to need a bit more information from you, so if you would be so kind and:
    1. in Chrome, please go and edit one of your posts, wait for our widget to load, then press F12 -> go to Console -> and type Zemanta._preferences -> click on Object -> take a screenshot. Check the screenshot for easier navigation.
    2. go to -> Network -> find 0.0/ -> copy/paste the text on the right side. Check the screenshot for easier navigation.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hey ghosttie,

the problem is you have too many sources (the blogs you read) - actually this is our fault and we will try to fix this, but in the meantime this is what you need to do:
Go to your Z-Dashboard (the best way to get there is to click on the 'Preferences' button on the top right corner of your widget), then continue to the 'Preferences'->'My Sources' tab -> Blogs I Read -> check the box next to some (at least half) of those blogs you read -> click 'Remove selected' to remove them.
I know this is inconvenient and I apologize for this but I am afraid it is the only solution I can give you (for the time being). Also, I suggest that you save/backup your OPML file if you have one, before removing those blogs.

Take care and have a nice day,
    Petra
