   I found this theme from WordPress.com, where it has a gorgeous purple version. With the WordPress.org version, it seems to be missing some of the features, including the purple version.

   Any idea if this will be added?

   Try asking the theme developer directly.

   Already have, but haven't received a response back :(

   It doesn't make sense to me to have free themes up on wordpress.com, and then offer a diminished version over on wordpress.org.

   Thank you for the suggestion though.

   I may just play around with the css and see what I can do with the help of a friend.

   It's not a "diminished version". It's the original version. Themes on wordpress.com are often heavily customised.

   Ahh, to me it appeared to be diminished because when I installed the wordpress.com version it had 6 color choices and a lot more options than the one offered from .org for self hosted.

   If you have an svn client, you may be able to checkout/download the customized wordpress.com version of the mystique theme from here.

   //wpcom-themes.svn.automattic.com/mystique
