Do you have any specific info about your "update"?
Which version were you using and to which version you updated?
I am not sure, but in the previous version updates, I ALWAYS had to click on that "Save Changes" button on the Woocommerce>>General Tab in order to make those changes take effect.
I thought that, although I didnot make any changes in the settings; that "Save Changes" function re-make the integration within the database!
Btw, as recommended in most cases, backing up the database before such updates is a good idea. Because you can't predict what can go wrong, a theme or another plugin incompatibility can crash the whole settings...
