No preview and white screen

    Hello, I have a big problem with some templates. I bought a template from rockettheme but when I try to see the preview nothing happen. The screen is white, blank, and I can’t understand where is the problem!
    Do you have any suggests? Thanks!

    Have you contacted the people who sold you the theme?

    yes but the problem presents on every theme

    Can you try to narrow down the problem, by specifying which theme(s)?

    ok I tryied disabling all plugins just for understand if there is some conficts but it isn’t. If I try to load the preview of some wordpress original template, it seems to works well.

    there’s another problem, every time I click on Themes in the admin panel the “posts_per_page” gets reset.

    I noted that when I install a plugin for testing the themes the blog crash! Every plugin that works with the templates.
