No Posts, Pages Or Anything After hosting DB locally

    I’m trying to figure out why after moving my database from one hosting provider to my local dedicated server, that the pages, posts and such are no longer showing and everything is returning 404’s. wp-config points at the right db. i ran into the issue with “unable to establish database connection” but i’ve fixed that. need some points please on how to restore that functionality.

    I’ve moved wordpress around a few times in the past, so I think the issue not related to the steps outlined. it’s more of wordpress not using the proper database tables. the posts show up, yet the pages don’t.

    any ideas?

    I have and gone through it the document. like i said. posts that we used to create on daily basis show up and the URL returns the posts.. yet for the actual pages of the site, nothing comes up!
