    Hi @thinmann,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Make sure you have activated the Pop Up?

Could you please share me your site URL so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Kind Regards,

    The pop up is active.

    URL is:
    http://www.mcsmag.com

    Hi @thinmann,

Thanks for that reference. I couldn’t see the popover added in the page source.

Could I ask for you to try switching to the Page Footer loading method?

Could you please also try deactivating other plugins and switching to Twenty Fourteen theme to see if the popup shows up with that?

Just to be sure too, could you try removing that URL rule for the moment?

That’ll just help with testing, so long as we can get the popup to show, we can trace back and get everything else sorted from there. 🙂

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Thanks,
    David

thinmann, I see that you got it working. Did you use this plugin or a different one because I am having the same problem that you, and judging from the reviews, a lot of people are having … it doesn’t work. At least not out of the box. Please let me know if you get this.

Gary, when I switched it over to one of the default themes and then tested it, it worked. Then when i switched back to my theme it continued to work. I really don’t know why, but I didn’t touch it after than. 🙂

    Hi @thinmann,

Thanks for adding that, really strange that it just up and started working with that but glad that it does work now.

@gary.upham, we’d love to look into the specifics of your site and see what might be the issue there. If you’ll go ahead and create a new thread, we’ll gladly assist there.

    Thanks!
    David
