    Hello guys and gals,

I had revamped my website and chose WordPress for its simple and intuitive functions and features.

I looked up various Plug-Ins for Google Analytics. There were many and there were quite a few people talking about errors as well.

But then I used a simple TEXT WIDGET and chose not to use any Analytics Plugins.

    IT WORKS!!! http://freedomfiction.com/

The right side bar has the Widget "TEXT" allowing me to post any code I want to post there.

So far, I have posted 3 codes in a single TEXT Widget and succeeded in getting the desired results:
    1. Creative Commons code and display
    2. MyBlogLog.com code for tracking webpages hits
    3. Google Analytics code for tracking webpages hits

YES, all 3 in the same TEXT Widget - no headache or heartache of PLUG-INs. Simple enough and good enough for me.

And of course I don't have to install anything on my Hosting Server Space.

The TEXT Widget is part of the WordPress Installation itself and is there in all Themes I guess.

    LOL.

It is a simple workaround if you don't want to install some plug-in and if you are not sure how it will affect your live website's codes.

    Best Wishes,

It automatically tracks all the webpages and blog pages in the website.

    :-)
