   I have successfully installed WordPress on the hosting service. In the control panel I created the database, username etc and configured everything successfully. However, though the hosting service supports PHP I couldn't find the PHP Admin panel where I could export my SQL database file for backup.

   Does anyone know how to get access to the PHP Admin area? Is there another way to do it? If you want I can show you a screenshot of my control panel.

   Here is the screenshot of the control panel options that I have, if you go to database Manager it still have no option to php Admin.

   You need to speak to your hosts about this. It's not something that we can help you with.
