No password mailed to registered users.

No password is mailed to registered users.

In testing, I noticed that a password was mailed when I registered with email addresses of hotmail, yahoo, or another private domain. However, when registering with email addresses from AOL or comcast, no password is sent.

Suggestions to resolve this? Thank you.
