   Panic

   Can't add a Page to the menu in the Appearance > Menus.
   For some reason I have no 'Pages' section in the Menus. I just have Custom Links, Posts and Categories.

   It was working and now has stopped.

   Any ideas.

   Look at the top of that page right...Screen Options

   If you have chosen and are using WordPress.org, you are certainly not an idiot :-)
