I sell a digital product which is downloadable right after purchase. The order received page shows the order with the download link. Also an order confirmation mail is sent with the download link.
This works fine except for customers with a hotmail account e.g. example@hotmail.com. And it does not end up in a junk/spam folder either.
I would expect the Usual Suspects to be: Woocommerce setup, server side issue or payment gateway. Although the payment gateway seems least likely. Any ideas how to investigate this further?
