Hi. I have installed wp-cache. I am told all is ok and that plugin is activated. Upon going to to Options, wp-cache all i see is WP-Cache Manager Heading, Main options with nothing else. Theme used is toc-317a. I imagine it is permissions though i checked the manual installation instructions and all seems ok . Any ideas?
