Upgraded from 3.05 to 3.1 today and am no longer able to enable comments on my posts. I'm using Thesis 1.8 layout, it was working yesterday, today no. I disabled all plugins, removed all tweaks to other areas, and still cannot get an option that will allow me to open up comments on posts.
Is there any way to revert to 3.05 and see if that works?

3.1 hides some screen options by default. Just turn on the ones you want.

I have the same problem. Turning on the displaying of comments does not enable commenting in individual posts.

DUH ! Never mind. I got it. Turning on "Discussion" gives you the option to enable comments
Just noticed that the comments are not displaying on one of my blogs. Design option in thesis shows empty check boxes without any text beside them.
