  • Don’t forget to activate the plug-in. It is noted as Alpha and needs to be turned on.

Gotcha. Thank you. However, now I’m having problems with the layout of the form design. I cannot designate the form height. Please see here: http://www.wholebodyhealthohio.com/

    Any suggestions?

Plugin is activated however I do not have a form design selection.

I see no option or settings page for Form Design.

    Any advice?

    Thanks a lot,

Just installed CC plugin (apparently successfully), settings accepted my client’s username and p/w (with the comment “Your username and password seem to be working). I can view my client’s contacts, lists, w/o issue.

However I don’t see where to get the Form plug-in, and thus can’t activate it.

That being missing, I don’t know how to add a form. There is an option to purchase forms from “Gravity Forms” for $39.00. Is that the only way to make this work?

The goal is for site visitors to sign up for my client’s newsletter. We hope to have this show as a main menu item.

Again, not sure how to accomplish this. Are there step-by-step instructions on how to find/install/modify the Forms plug-in, and create a main menu item per request?

    Hoping to hear back soon!
    Thanks!!!!
    Jerry
