No one can leave a comment on pages where i have a poll

If u go to top10beste.com (A Norwegian site) you can see that on this page: http://top10beste.com/top-10-beste-julefilmer/ you cant add a comment because i use the colored poll, but on this page: http://top10beste.com/top-10-beste-julealbum/ you can because there ins’t any poll on that site.. Why is that??
