No Network Admin menu

After walking through each step to setup multisite, I went back to my WordPress Dashboard expecting to find a Network Admin menu, but there isn’t one. Under Dashboard > My Sites > the only site I find is my main domain site pigskinfanaticblog.com. There is nothing for girlsfootballshirts.com.

This is the second time I’ve installed the multi site, I went through it very slowly trying not to miss anything covered in the Dummies All-In-One book. In Book VIII I went through chapter 1 and chapter 2 completely. At least this time I didn’t lose my original blog site, as I did with the first install attempt. What am I missing that’s keeping me from having the Network Admin menu of links in the upper-right of my WordPress Dashboard?
