[resolved] No more videos found for channel (8 posts)

I've tested this in both 3.6 and 3.5.2

After changing the setting for "default channel", the shortcode no longer works. I get the message:

"No more videos found for channel xxxxxxx"

I've tried setting the default and shortcode channel to the same thing. I've tried using a blank default channel and other combinations - any help much appreciated.

    Regards
    Richard

I tried the plugin using various channels for default an shortcode, everything works fine.
Can you provide some more information, like channel name?

I've tried various channels like CambridgeUPELT.

I've replicated it by adding a shortcode with a channel e.g. CambridgeUPELT and then changing the default channel to the same channel. This seems to break it for me. Not sure why - this might be an edge case, so if you can't reproduce then don't worry. Thanks for taking the time to look at it though.

I tried the same channel the way you described and couldnt replicate teh bug.

Though I am curious why and what happpens with your WP in that case. Please let me know, if you find out more.

got it working - I think I had the video count set to high at 99. I'm also just using the standard shortcode with no width options etc now.

thanks for responding though - much appreciated.

btw any idea how I can style the videos? (just was to add some padding around them).

    thanks

    Great!
Thanks for feedback. I am happy that it wasnt my fault. :)

Well, you could just put a container around it, like ...
    <div style="padding:15px;">[ix_show_latest_yt]</div>

Use the html editor view to do this.

thanks - I was trying to add padding to each youtube video frame. As there's padding after each row but not horizontally between each video. does that make sense?

also wanted to make the video open in a lightbox so any insight into how each video is styled would be great.

thanks again, your help is really appreciated.
