We have had three channels of support, till now (one each on github, our own support forum and here).

With the increasing number of users and the different kinds of support requests, we are unable to provide consistent and useful support on this support forum.

Henceforth, all support requests should be posted at http://rtcamp.com/groups/buddypress-media/forum/

All new support requests will be marked as resolved, with a request to post it on the forum above.

We’ll try and resolve the existing requests here, but would request you to kindly shift your issues there, to help us provide reactive support.
