   I activated this template, however, it did not show any menu at the top of the page as in the preview. Additionally, there was a message at the far left of the page that said "standby..." What's going on? Also, does the dropdown menu show up at the top where all the parent page titles are to be?

   1) what was your solution

   2) the "Stand By" is just the ajax response status. It should go away pretty quitly
