What is your WordPress version?
If you are updating the plugin then it may occur some issue so, I want to Suggest you to remove the plugin and re install plugin rather than updating it.
It will work good.
My WP version is Version 3.9.1. I will try your solution now.

Two minor issues:
1. I could not make the Google+ work for the team members. How does that work?
2. There is a typo in “Setting for Team Members Displayed on Fron-end”. It should be “Front–end”.
1. to add Google+
a. you need to select the social google profile from drop-down
b. add the full path of your social profile links
