    Hello,

    thing you mention are not related to WordPress version.

    First is a ‘warning’ that function is deprecated in your version of PHP (will be fixed in on of the next releases).
    Second Notice has been fixed in WP-Invoice 3.09.1.

    Since these are not critical error (not errors at all), you can make them disappear by changing
    define('WP_DEBUG', true); to define('WP_DEBUG', false);
    in wp-config.php
