I used to receive emails every time someone posted a comment (to review for approval), then suddenly I stopped getting them. I did not change any of the 'discussion' settings within the wordpress admin menu. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,
Did you recently installed any plugin or changed the theme? if you have installed the plugin then rollback it and have a check..
as an alternative have a check with this plugin:
