No links/buttons to see the videos, pics, etc

Hi All,

When we enter any site with a WordPress Blog, we can only see the posted messages. But we cannot see the uploaded videos. There is no link or button to click to see the dashboard, where everybody wants to go.

Please heeellllpppp!!!
