No link to page 2

I recently set up some cascading pages in a wordpress blog, but when viewing page 1, there is no link to the second page in the family. I’m using 2Exquisite theme on 2.7. There is no page sidebar widget either.

Anyi ideas? Which file should I check the code or should I just manually add an html link at the end of my page?
