Hey,
I use WP3.0 with the latest version of Buddypress.
I wanted to add several users to the installation and checkmarked that they will receive their password by mail, but none of them received the mail...
When I set up the blog in the first place it did send me a confirmation mail that I created a new wordpress blog.
Any idea what this could be?

the topic should read: "No mail being send to new user"
but I can't find how to edit that...
Have you tried signing up as a new user and checking to see if you receive the mail?

I just tried it, but I don't get an confirmation email...
Try:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
