• My teacher required me to create a website based on wordpress. The whole class owns a site. And each group has a sub-site. The default theme is Twenty Twelve.
I want to change the position of menu, which is currently above the header image. I want to move it below the header, but I cannot find the choice.
Therefore, I thought maybe a different theme will give the choice. But I cannot find “install theme” where it supposes to be. So, how can I change the theme? Or, how can I change the position of menu?

  • You need an administrative account on your site to install additional themes, and you need access to the files in your web space on the server in order to edit files – either by ftp, file manager, or by changing file permissions so you can edit them directly from the WordPress built-in theme editor.

You need to discuss your account privileges and file access restrictions with your teacher or student project manager.
