No "Insert Gallery" Button

    So I uploaded my images and now all 38 show up under Gallery in the Media section.

    BUT

    It only says “Update Gallery”.

    Can’t seem to get the gallery into the post. The button I’m expecting to see is not there in FF or IE.

    It doesn’t sound like your using the gallery setting that comes installed with WordPress, because there usually no “Update gallery’ button. Are you using a plugin of some sort?

    If you go to a page or post, upload your images, there, you will see the gallery in the media upload and then the button to insert gallery. But this is done when you are in a page or post and use the built-in Media uploader.
