   I am using Lifestyle child theme 1.1 by studio press.
   Its the only theme I found to fit my site. The problem is that I can not add text or make any changes to the header, because in the "appearance" menu, the "header" option is no longer there.
   How do I make changes to my header if the "header" option is missing from the "appearance" menu?

   Please keep in mind,Im new to designing a site, so if the answer is changing codes, I will need step by step..

   As this is a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme's vendors.
