No form showing on page to subscribe

    I created a page ‘Sign Up To Follow Us’
    Moved the widget into sidebar.

    No form to sign up shows only the text copy and
    ‘You may manage your subscription options from your profile.’

    I must be doing something wrong? How can I get the sign up form
    to be active and show up on sidebar?

    I read somewhere on this forum to log out and I will see the form.
    I opened another browser and the form was there.

    @jprano,

    You seem to have answered your own question. If you opened a different browser then that new loading of your site would have been logged out. If you log out in the original browser you will see the form also.
