NO flash fallback

Where in heaven’s name can I find the player.swf file? I managed to get it to work everywhere except Firefox, I just get a big X instead. A

Also, the posters are not displayed anywhere, except mobile devices.

This plugin definitively needs some work, it lacks proper documentation for the code challenged and could use some sort of admin panel.
