I’m running Events Calendar Pro, but received it as a nonprofit version with no license key or access to pro updates, but, and this is likely coincidental, ever since the newest update was released our version hasn’t been working correctly. All our events have disappeared on the edit page, they still show up on the calendar on the main site, they just aren’t editable. I click events and it says “no events found” even though it shows that there are about published 3,000 events above that. I have deactivated all my plugins and changed my theme and the problem persists. Any one have any idea what the problem might be?

    Howdy alycia_lighthouse,

In order to run our plugins you need to have corresponding versions. If you are running The Events Calendar version 3.6, you should also be running Events Calendar PRO version 3.6. If you update one and not the other, often your site does not work. To get your site back online you might just disable Events Calendar PRO for now.

You can get the new PRO update for free, we just need you to email pro [@] tri.be to get on the list so that you can receive the Pro update via email. You might already be on that list, the email is going out today. We apologize that it did not go out yesterday as it normally would, there was a small hiccup on our end. Cheers!
