I believe it may have happened when I upgraded my WP? Nothing else changed.

Same thing here. People are posting all sorts of comments, including spam comments, but I get no notification anymore. I’ve got about 10 wordpress installations and the same thing is happening with all of them, and it all started around the same time (a few months ago).
IronmanDiet.com is just one of the blogs having the problem.

Last night I was getting emails fine, now I’m not getting any email notifications of comment that are being left. I have checked my settings and they have not changed.
I am still getting emails at that address, just no notifications.
