When I write a post and publish it...there is no date or time stamp! Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to do to make it appear? All my settings are correct but it's not showing up. Do I need some sort of plugin? I'm using the Ocean Mist theme by Ed Merritt.

I found this post but I am brand new to word press and web talk and honestly don't know what to do with the information in the template tags link.
Can someone give me specific directions? Also, I have not upgraded to the newest version so I don't know if that has anything to do with my problem. My website was just completed about a month ago.

You may wait for several hours and then ask a guy named Google about 'WordPress Simple Editing Techniques: Adding/Removing Date & Time Stamps.' He will find you the simple tutorial just we have just written.

No. It all depends on your current theme. You want to edit your file(s) after upgrading your WP.
