No dashboard after installation (4 posts)

    I have tried to help a friend installing WordPress on his blog http://www.vikestrand.net. he had something there before i started, so I deleted that before starting the install. I have rewritten the config-file as I should(i think)and it installs fine on his site. There are a wordpress site there now, but when I log on as a admin, there are nothing there, and I mean nothing. Not a notice of error, nothing. Enybody wich have had this experience before?

    Ps.Sorry about the bad english, I'm norwegian.

    What version is your wordpress?

    I think its the latest version, 3.3, I installed it yesterday so I guess the version offered was the latest?

    When you say nothing, are you just getting a blank white screen? Or do you see some items on the page? If it's a blank white screen, it sounds as if you have error debugging turned off. If this is the case and there's a PHP error thrown you'll see a blank white screen. Check in the error logs. Here's an article that may help you out:
