Posted 2 years ago #If you are referring to active widgets in your sidebar adding JavaScript and/or CSS to your header then you may need to look at specific sidebar templates in the same fashion as I recommended above.

a lots of plugins insert some CSS or Javascript that they don't need... so i want to choose who can be in homepage and who cannot be there
