• I have set up wp-ecommerce on http://www.myionizer.com. On https://www.myionizer.com/products-page/checkout/ it allows my to select either credit card or Paypal but there are no fields for credit card details or paypal email. If I submit that form I go straight to the transaction-results page where it tells me an email will be sent and the order processes. I can’t seem to find any setting that makes it show the credit card fields.

    On a related note, we purchased, installed and activated the Gold Cart package but in the Wp-Ecommerce settings Payment section I only see the standard gateways. Is there another step I need to take to see the available payment gateways there?

    The FAQs state:

    “For users who have purchased a premium plugin from us (or a have purchased a premium support token), we offer high-touch, 1-on-1 support from our trained support staff. If you submit a support request here, you’ll get a helpful response within 24 hours or less (during business hours).”

    I have purchased a Gold Cart package, which I believe is a premium plugin. But I have not received a response to this ticket. When can I expect a response?
