    On my website: http://www.somasaasveld.nl I installed the countdown but he is not counting.

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hoi Dennis,

    Check your theme's header.php file for the following:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.somasaasveld.nl/wp-content/themes/respo/js/jquery-1.6.1.min.js?ver=3.5'></script>

    If you find it, remove it!
    It's an old version of jQuery that is being force-loaded without checking if jQuery is already loaded. The problem is, your theme has the jQuery library loading twice. That is bad.

    Please let us know if this solves your problem!

    Hello Alex,

    It looks like the countdown is working on the link you provided.
    Did you get it to work, or is this not working only on a specific page or browser?
    Let us know so we can get your issue resolved.

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='countdown-carbonlite-css-css' href='http://skiworldschile2013.cl/wp-content/plugins/jquery-t-countdown-widget.2.2.10b/css/jedi/style.css?ver=1.2' type='text/css' media='all' />
    <link rel='stylesheet' id='countdown-carbonlite-css-css' href='http://skiworldschile2013.cl/wp-content/plugins/jquery-t-countdown-widget.2.2.10b/css/TIE-fighter/style.css?ver=1.2' type='text/css' media='all' />

    Doesn't count for me as well.
    I checked the header.php. no jqury script there.
    Here's my test page:

    ilanavigdor,

    First of all, please check following js erros on your page:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined jquery.colorbox-min.js:4
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined tubepress.js:1
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined

    Also, your site is not loading jQuery the proper way:
    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js?ver=latest'></script>

    And it's loading the jquery-ui library a couple of times as well. In short, you have some major theme / plugin conflicts going on.

    Hi
    I have installed the plugin on my site http://www.eventphotoireland.com
    and while the time appears, it does not actually count down
    Hope you can help.
    Thanks
    Fran

    Fran,
    Your theme or another plugin is force-loding an older version of jQuery after the latest version of jQuery has already been loaded. Please look at your page source and you will see the following is being loaded:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.5.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

    This need to be removed.
    Please open up your OWN thread (rather than hijack this thread marked as resolved) and we will try and help you trouble shoot this.
