No Confirmation or Cancellation page

Hi

when a customer click on Paypal express checkout, it goes to paypal site correctly. after logging into paypal and confirming the price, page will be redirected to site for shipping selection. they are all fine till here. when customer select a shipping and click on Place Order, page will get error of 500 internal server error (below link).

if we refresh the error page, it goes to shopping cart page. no message will be shown.
Its a very sensitive and important problem that should be resolved.
(I’m using yahoo small business)

any idea to solve the issue?

When you say you’re using Yahoo Small Business, are you referring to your hosting account, or what exactly?

If you try adding the www in the URL at that point does it happen to load then?

Thanks for your reply . The reason of mentioning Yahoo hosting was for some popular problems you may know like no .htaccess allowance and caching.
Actually it was working fine without the www. I ordered 2 test products 1 month ago and everything was good. But now by pressing place order button we get 500 internal server error.

Can you check the web server logs and see what the actual error is associated with the 500 response?

Finally got the problem

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /shop/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/mpdf/mpdf.php on line 11934

Ok, so that’s a different plugin causing the issue then. It sounds like you can increase your memory size to fix the problem, though.

Take a look at this info, which may resolve the problem. If not, you’ll need to contact WooThemes and ask them about how to resolve the issue with their PDF extension.
