Where is the subscription for directing to? Subscribe2 probably isn’t available on that page to process the input. Did you create a WordPress page as recommended in the installation instructions?
Yes I have a wordpress page,but what do you mean with the subscription direction?

The plugin allows you to define where the user is directed when they submit the form data. If you are using the shortcode this setting is on the Subscribe2->Settings page in the Appearance tab where it says “Set default Subscribe2 page as”. In the Widget the option is on the Appearance->Widgets page after opening up the Subscribe2 widget so you can see the settings. You need to select a page where the Subscribe2 shortcode or widget is available so that the information submitted can be processed.
