When i updated my site http://rattlethempotsandpans.com/ from WP 2.8.6 to WP 2.9 the comments on the main page broke. When i hover over the link this is what it shows me:

Something is going on with this. I think the WP 2.9 messed up my database and some of the code what can i do to fix this.
I am getting emails from people who read my blog and so far i have gotten about 50 emails in the past 6 days. Can someone help me with this please.
