No button on theme editior to edit (10 posts)

    There is no update botton for me to press on it just say "If this file was writable you could edit it" ... Please some help me thanks =D

    i believe you need to chmod your theme folder to 777 or what ever the correct configuration would be

    Try 666 first.... 777 is an absolute LAST resort!

    In the right pane on your client, highlight your theme folder name, right click on it, select Properties. You should see some boxes: Numeric value, then Owner with boxes next to read, write, execute; ditto for Group and for World. (Titles may vary, I use WS FTP not cuteftp.)

    In the Numeric value box, insert 666 if it allows that. If not, put checks in the boxes for Read and Write under Owner, Group, and World.
