No body help me when i buy the paid version Pic-Decoy

I am really very very upset about this plugin and the servece, i bought the paid version Pic-Decoy last month, but it can’t work still now, and the service support@securiilock.com don’t reply me email, i don’t how to do, very very upset about this, i have paid this plugin, and i just want to use it, it should be simple, but how can it be such difficult now!!
