My blog is on Genesis Vintage Child theme. I am unable to add spaces between paragraphs (unless I go to HTML source and manually add in
which only sometimes works) and unable to "un-center" the text. When I look at the HTLM Source, it looks like there are tons of extra <center></center> tags in between each line. I'd really like to be able to just hit enter in the Visual screen and get a space between paragraphs instead of hunting through the HTML source. Please note that I am a total rookie, so I don't speak CSS at all. Thanks!

I'm sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme's vendors.
