No Background, Showing Sitemap, Remove Reviews & Add To Cart Button.‏

I need help with these 4 Questions.

1) My product page and products page show no background how do I change it to white?
2) On the same two pages It shoes the sitemap at the bottom i don’t know why. How can I remove it?
3) How can I only let people who are logged in be able to submit reviews.
4) How can I make the add to cart button work without javascript. (The way it drops down after you select it, I Want it to be already there when the page loads) ‘I’m trying to minimize javascript on my site. Also because when people aren’t logged in it doesn’t show the add to cart button.
